Down but not out

Saw this a couple of times this weekend and had to get a picture as it grabbed my eye driving past. I had a chat with the owner who lives next door. He said it was over 200 years old and is hoping to get planning permission soon to rebuild it, keeping the original walls. Is going to turn it into some workshop rooms which was nice to hear.
I'll keep an eye out to see how that goes.
