Revived
My cruiser bike has been hanging in the barn in Maine or in storage for the past 10 years. Jim, my roommate was the one who initially put this bike together for me years ago. The frame is from the 50s and it's got lots of dings.. patina... lol, all over it. I love it but it was just unsafe to ride on the narrow windy roads in Maine. Laramie is built for bike riding. Yesterday, we got new tubes and tires and cleaned it up. It's very exciting to have it ridable again. One of the cool details on this bike is that triangular piece of the frame as it curves up to the handlebars. It's a horn!! There is a button on the side and it makes a kind of sick duck sort of honk. Another thing to love about it.
