Last Full Day of Teaching
At least for this summer! We spent the day learning climate appropriate plants for this week, followed by a cumulative review of various plants from the team in preparation for the final plant identification test next week. And finally we had a make-up plant ID rest for those who may have missed a class, or had done poorly on an earlier test. 10K steps at least!
Here my class is looking at a stunning late-blooming Kniphofia uvaria, or Red Hot Poker in a very unusual late season full bloom.
