Beaver Watch

Up at 4.50am to get myself sorted and down to the barn where I and others will then be moving on for this mornings Beaver Watch. The animals are largely nocturnal, so dawn or thereabouts is their settling down for a sleep time.

This is the pond where we watched them - I didn’t have my camera with me, so didn’t manage any clear photos. That’s OK.

Extra - the heavy movers. These water buffalo are huge beasts, and inquisitive. We stayed this side of the fence.
