Dr Livingstone I presume?
This is the outside of the tenement homes where the great missionary Dr David Livingstone was born and lived in the early 1810s. It's now a visitor centre and museum but, in Livingstone's time, was housing for mill workers.
Livingstone himself worked in the mills till aged 26 yrs before studying to get into medicine at the University of Glasgow. Interestingly, although he ended up being the most famous protestant missionary, he was helped learn latin by a local Roman Catholic as he feared his lack of knowledge of the language would have stopped him getting into university.
This place is 10 miles from my home and this is first I've visited!
Here's an alternate blip for today - not for the faint-hearted!
