It was lovely to get back to my classroom for the first time since the beginning of June. I got a lot of work done. 

In this photo you can see the result of a brainwave I had at the end of the school year. I used to have the children progress up a scale based on The Karate Kid as they earned merits to attain white, brown and then black belt. This year they will earn Force skills to progress from Younglings to Padawans to Jedi Knights and finally Jedi Masters. 

We make our fun where we can.
