Work in progress
A day of getting on with things at home... I'll be away for a week from Saturday, in Anglesey, with Jack, Ruth, partners, grandkids and various friends. And there are things I need to get done before going.
First up was a job I've been avoiding, pruning our fan-trained Morello cherry tree. It hasn't had a good year; I think maybe the cold, damp spring is the reason. Anyway, Richard and I got out the scary telescopic loppers and the pruning saw, and got it roughly back into shape. Neither of us is very keen on climbing ladders to do jobs like this, these days.
Later I got on with editing the Capoeira images from last Sunday. I need to send a batch to the group before I go away. So today's collage is a sample from that work in progress. It's fun to do, though of course I can see all the near-misses... a learning process, as ever.
