The beach is changing

This is the small beach near the clubhouse of the rowing club. A few months ago it looked different. The flooding of the lake is one reason. The second a heavy thunderstorm, which caused the otherwise small stream to swell considerably and pushed a lot of material towards the lake. Where there was a stony beach last year, everything is now covered with fine sand. The large, elongated stone block (an art object) was still free-standing last year and is now half sunken and small canyons have formed on some sections of the stream.
