My elderly neighbour had the misfortune of both her landline and her mobile failing today. I helped her out this afternoon; as she is registered as high priority the landline technician has now been promised for tomorrow morning. The moblie is very old and may have died so she is happy to get a new one; a shopping trip to help her with this is in the planning.

Technology is amazing and wonderful (when it works). Something Magpie's don't have to worry about.
