Is the fact these are flowering again a sign of autummn?

It certainly felt like autumn yesterday, and then this morning!

I had a dreadful night last night, Got to sleep alright, but woke at 1am and whatever I did, I just couldn't go back to sleep - ended up reading the night away..  My sinuses are terrible, so something has set them off and I'm not sure what :(

Managed at work today thankfull as my colleague had an abcess and had to go and see the dentist, so I was left on my own this afternoon - but was fine on the Reception :)

Should have been going to bible study group tonight, but instead I'm in my pjs!  

Any suggestions - I already turn off electronic things an hour before bedtime and just read before going to sleep...
