Another day comes to a close.

A mixed bag of emotions again, but much better than some days recently. A slightly better sleep and an early run certainly helped.

It has been a largely domestic day, but I have tried to listen to music all day as I pottered. Music used to be very important to me and I have been trying to rediscover life’s pleasures. Fake it til you make it, so they say.

I have averted the ‘last pants panic’ by washing and drying every single pair of boxer shorts that I could lay my eyes on. That’s the plan, anyway! Other clothes were laundered. I batch cooked to save time when I am back at work, and I thought about cutting the front lawn. I’ll do that tomorrow, but we have a busier day planned.
