A quiet day to myself. After a chilled morning I spoke to the boys before they left for their few days away then walked to the nearest pharmacy to try to get some over the counter medication for a sore mouth. Apparently what’s usually sold has been unavailable for months so I’d need something prescribed…so I need to ring the Dr at 8am or try to get an e consult, grrr! I did get some steps in and the weather was dry at that point!

My kitchen scales arrived this afternoon so my bread has been made and my kitchen tidied up. Tea was easy as I just added rice noodles to last nights leftover stir fry and salmon.
