Last Netwalk - Threesome

We had a threesome netwalk as it was three of us. Giles, Claire and I.
It was the last one organised by K as we found out later.
That's the end of 4.5 years monday morning walks - although we will possibly continue ... 

I worked, joined Amplify then went into my MAT session with Jo - Major that was.

I was told to take it easy and move. So I took Neil out for a walk down the hill.
We fancied food. Unfortunately the new French place - The French Horn - was only opening on Thursday.
So we ended up at a Korean Diner - more a take away with some tables.
It was ok but was lying heavy in the tummy.
In hindsight the pizza at Paesano would have been easier to digest.

Back home I sent some feedback to the editor.
We are still going back and forth .... but it looks promising.

I did my full moon release and fell asleep on the couch.
