Holyhocks

Another garden blip. These majestic hollyhocks are growing in three places in our garden and seem fairly tough, surviving a couple of very windy, even stormy days.
I gave the lawn another cut today, slightly shorter than before. It was fairly hard work covering all our lawn area as normally I do it two days, but rain is forecast so I seized the chance today.
Also picked some red currants and blackcurrants to freeze. It's good to get a taste of summer, in the middle of winter!
Booked a ski-trip with Björn for mid-March next year. We're returning to Andorra for a second trip, which is perhaps a sign of age. We now prioritise a good hotel with delicious food and a fine spa with fine pistes (Andorra) over the wonderful ski pistes of the Alps in Italy with slightly less salubrious hotels!
