RFA Stirling Castle

Walking through the William yard this afternoon and noticed this ship leaving the dockyard! I met two friends from church who were watching this event too! No ensign flag on board so not directly Navy!

There is a helicopter pad and a crane at the back and when I looked it up it is a repurposed vessel for mine sweeping duties! Lots of comments were about the vessel not being grey and it is not being painted till its next refit in four years as the paintwork is currently fine! It looks much friendlier in blue and white!
