Evening

The weather was blustery first thing but improved.  Looked after the grandchildren here for most of the time. They played well together with their toys spread out on the floor.  We then went for a walk to the corn barn and I showed them the great heap of grain and explained how it reached the barn from the field, and also the black seed of the oilseed rape and how it is made into cooking oil starting with the bright yellow flowers in the field.  We then played hide and seek in the garden before lunch.  After they had gone home I did some gardening before the Tai Chi class in the village hall.
