Shoes - but not for long….

Made this collage of some of my shoes a few years ago when I decorated my bedroom. It was a handy reminder of my favourite shoes and bags without going through all the boxes when I needed to decide which ones to wear. It’s been in the loft for a few years now and is being repurposed for something I need for this weekend’s party in the garden for my sister’s 60th.
Bike ride first thing as usual, bit drizzly when I set off but it soon dried up and then we had every kind of weather… rain, sun, wind, monsoon, more wind… Where is summer? Managed to do a bit more in the garden and pot up the plants I had left and filled a hanging basket for my little corner under the tree.
Then tonight, once Mr Tibbs was safely locked in the house, I went out and painted the front and back doorsteps. Hope they’re dry (and don’t have loads of leaves and stuff stuck to them) in the morning.
Got my car back from the garage tonight so the bike rack’s back on and I’ll be able to have a (hopefully) pleasant bike ride along by the river before the rain starts again :-(
