Dutch meadows

It pleased me to find cows grazing in the green fields. A known image from The Netherlands, but not all cows get out in the fields anymore.
And the Green Plan for Europe and The Netherlands in particular, will make it more difficult to have the cattle of cows grazing in the fields, as the water level must raise in those green fields, what will make it difficult to have the cows go out, in April / May, that may last till June or July then and mowing those grass fields for hay will be more problematic too, with less hay as result and more hay needed as the cattle must stay longer time in the sheds. Holland must lessen its cattle, what will make dairy products more expensive.
