DVD time with Claire

Time to relax me thinks with Claire (the better half)

Today has been go go go all day for the both of us with Claire at antenatal clinic this morning/afternoon (last appointment next week :D) and my self in work almost forgetting that I was leading the talk/education with the patients in pulmonary rehabilitation (the topic was why exercise the benefits of pul rehab) but I remembered at the last minute and printed it off before I dashed off!

Anyway time to relax
