Building art....

A trip to Southend this morning as Dad needed to use a bank, and I needed to buy a hairbrush!! Why the flip are there so many to choose from!?  Also had a nice lunch while we were out and it's always nice to be recognised by the owner!

The new street art festival starts soon in Southend, so many of the old paintings have been painted over in preparation - this one in the main shopping area is still up!  Shame there are still so many empty shops though - even the Clinton cards is closing down soon after being there for 20 years.

We also visited the photography exhibition that's on at the local gallery -  it was modern photography and let's just say I think us blippers would have put on a better show!! 'Interesting' was my Dads' take on it all haha!!
