Old Age Tensioner

No overlays or added textures today,  Everything is from the orignal capture.  It has been a while since I last posted some rusty metal so this is probably long overdue.  Also, the structure may not last long enough to be blipped in the future as it is already an old-age tensioner.

These, and similar devices, are used by farmers when erecting fences or renewing the wires.  They take up any slack.
