Seafood Part Deux

Kelley and I had plans to see World War Z tonight. I was really looking forward to spending two hours in an air con room tonight watching a good movie, but it wasn't to be. Despite arriving an hour before the movie, it was all sold out. So off we went out for dinner instead and I had the beetroot and vodka gravadlax with pickled celery and fennel salad and a big glass of sauvignon blanc. A bit extravagant for a Tuesday, but I've just been paid, so what the hell. Afterwards we went for an icecream sundae and sat outside. As we drove home it was still reading 24 degrees in the car so I think I can kiss goodbye to another good night's sleep tonight.
