Berkeley Deer Park Revisited
Feeling much more myself today, albeit with a very croaky throat. On the off chance, I tested for covid - I've never yet knowingly had it - but apart from it being a negative test I noticed all our lovingly stored boxes of test kit expired earlier this year... but I'm going with just a cold.
After the structural engineer had come to discuss Janet's latest plan of knocking out the external kitchen wall [cough] we headed out to walk along Whitcliff Park, which homes the wild Berkeley Fallow Herd. The main herd were all on the far side of the park, but a few outliers kept an eye on us.
Mollie Camper sailed through another MOT, even though I forgot to get her to the test centre for her 09:30 appointment and had to apologise and take up the tester's lunchtime... It was a rush because I noticed yesterday that she'd expired while we were at Purbeck! Diary reminder set for next year!
