Gus is poorly again.

Gus has lung damage from two episodes of pneumonia. Very lucky piggy to survive two episodes but good food and tlc has kept him well.

But the hot weather isn't good for his tiny lungs (guineas have very small lungs foe their body size) and we have to work hard to keep him cool. A parasol, minimal hay, a cold tile, and a shaved belly.

Such a plucky piggy...he is eating and playing, still coming when called and we hope he can keep going whilst he is enjoying his life.
