A whole lot of love
I'm making pastries for my friends 'Babymoon' on Monday. Pistachio cream sandwiched between two pieces of laminated loveliness. The result is going to be dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with more finely sliced green nuts.
My kitchen looks like a laboratory at the moment and I've lost track of how many pastry halves I have made. The result should be good. I have practiced a lot!
