DNC last night

I have stayed awake all nights during these past weeks, and I slept with my phone in my hand last night till I suddenly woke up to Kamala Harris's voice. I got up and went to my desk and the large screen. I noticed that she was wearing a black suit. The speech was serious and she listed a number of grave examples from her professional experience.
All we can do from this distance is pray that enough Americans will have the energy to go to the polling stations to vote on that Tuesday. It is an important vote for the lives of quite a few people outside of the US, too.
