Star employee

I went to the office today primarily motivated by Tom, who said was bringing his carrot cake. I managed to catch up in the tram. It was nice to reconnect and laugh with him. I sat in F1 as opposed to usual finance location F0. My manager messaged he had his MRI, I felt a bit worried for him. He later mentioned he is in the office too. So, we had our catch up. He looked a bit poorly so I didn't mention to him about my urge to apply for a new internal role given that a lot of people are moving on already and he has this fracture now. He awarded me the star employee, which was nice. I later met with Tom for lunch and then had fun chats with Robin. I mentioned to him about the hiring manager not replying to my message and we joked about it. Tom and I left together for the tram and he suggested to pick blackberries. But I was tired so I went straight to home.

My fav ex-boss Glenn was in the office too so I took photo with him. He always makes me smile and laugh!
