Yellow rose not of Texas.

They discharged me from hospital this morning, and it will be a month or so before I can get back doing normal things, but it's still good to be home. 
On my way out, I went over to the ward nurse and thanked her for her care, support, and that of her staff. The look on her face, before she could reply, showed just how much a few kind words meant to her. We should never take such people for granted.
Roses are some of the oldest flowers. The longest present day example is over a 1000 years old, whilst there are rose fossils dating back 35 million years.
These roses were from a well wisher, waiting on my return.
