Out walking with the boys

OB and I went on a walk today with our good friends Adrian and John, over from Bristol. We walked through and round fields of corn, wheat, rye and one weird mix of peas, oil seed rape and barley. Here the boys are in the porch of the church at Bettws Newydd, just before taking lunch in The Black Bear. I promise you they were not posing, just being themselves!!

Later our friend Marilyn came over to run through some songs - we are giving a concert together in a few weeks' time.

Then we had supper in the garden and watched the swifts? swallows? swirling around.

A lovely day, all in all, and I think my shoulder is on the mend.
