After the forecast for high winds and rain we thought a walk was out of the question, but by 9.30am the sun came out although it was quite blustery all morning.   We decided to walk at Ramsholt, a favourite of mine, and from the car park we noticed a combine harvester in the fields further down towards the coast, the first I've seen in action this summer.
The water course you can just see in the far background is the River Deben at Bawdsey Quay and beyond that is the North Sea.
