Bank Holiday Weekend

It's mega busy in St Ives this weekend but soon summer will be over. The kids will be going back to school and the town will regain a bit of normality.

This morning I walked for more than an hour along all of the beaches. It was a lovely sunny day but the tide was almost fully in, and tbh there wasn't much beach for me to play on. It was also a bit windy. Ann's plan, was to go for a swim, but the sea was far too choppy first thing. …...It looked absolutely lovely when she was at work this afternoon. Boohooo

It wasn't windy on our sun terrace so Ann spent most of the morning basking around trying to turn herself into a wrinkly old prune! Lol!

This afternoon she took me for my walk along the coast path. It's one of my favourite walks. The minute we leave Porthmeor Beach, it's like we're in another world.

….................Everyone who comes on holiday seems to want cafes & shops & toilets & bars & entertainment & fastfood outlets?!!!

Trek along the coast path and you hardly see anyone. I LOVE it, cos I'm off my lead for the whole time and get loads of run about time.

After that, I had snooze time while Ann popped down to the Pool Club to . do an extra 3 hour shift. Dont ask?  Then she came home to spend the evening with me.

…................And that's been our day.
