Turning point

A late afternoon walk which included along the top of the lower pipeline to the Water Treatment Station. In the distance the photo shows the pipeline emerging from a tunnel through a high outcrop on the western side of the Waitakere Range. The path continues on beyond the corner, heading up steeply to the upper pipeline beside Exhibition Drive. With all the rain in the last week or more, that will be too slippery for me. Hence, the turning point. 

I have included, as an extra, a photo of a Tui seeking sustenance from a tree where most of the flowers have fallen.
