Son and grandchildren

On the occasion of his 40th birthday which was one of the reasons for coming out to California this week. And also to see grandson and granddaughter for the first time since last November.

It was a low key day. Landon was at school and we collected Maddy from her mum’s house after dropping Landon off.

We planned to go to a park this afternoon with Maddy. By the time we arrived she’d gone sleep and by the time she woke it was time to collect Landon from school.

The children played outside for a while with neighbour and her children joining in.

The evening was nearly spoilt by the first and second places we visited being fully booked with at 45 minute wait. We finally found a place which had space - where today’s blip was taken: dad with his two children.
