Design + Basic Principles = Dead Clever

This is a gate on the rather good walk we did this morning with Adrian and John from Bristol. The design is quite wonderful, I think, and the use of a stone as the self-closing device beautifully elegant and first principles. As for my fellow walkers, well... the boys have got something to learn about posing!!
