Lac Leman

It's not too far to drive down to Lake Geneva for a day on the beach. It seems strange but there's a beautiful strand of sand and crystal clear water where you ca wade out and swim. The children love it and a bonus is the pedals with slides.

We all enjoyed a long day there with morning coffees, picnic lunch and teatime ice creams. Then a drive back up to Morzine along a windy road next to a rushing alpine river. 

Such a beautiful part of France.
