Storm Lilian

More evidence of the storm that swept through yesterday morning. Roads all seem open again but lots of smaller evidence every where. This is in the park where we’ve walked Florence earlier today, but the buddleia in our garden has split in half too!

Made some compost heap jelly today. It is absolutely gorgeous and will be making more. Also made a chicken casserole
To take up north tomorrow, and a batch of carrot and swede mash from more free swedes for the freezer. Intended pickling some beetroot too but that will have to wait.
