HAPPY HUMMINGBIRDS
Today was an unusually cool morning,
so I decided to prune my CUPHEA,
which the Hummingbirds love.
Most of the orange, tubular flowers,
were spend, but there are still many deep within the plant.
While cutting back these plants, a
Hummingbirds impatiently dive bombed
me; but, was rewarded with many new blooms, when I finished.
My labor was rewarded with this rosette of delicate blooms, which I found growing under the overgrown CUPHEA.
Can you guess what plant produced these white flowers? Here are a few hints:
- it might be found in an herb garden
-it gives a subtle flavor to salads
-it is perennial plant
Can you guess what plant it is?
