Please!!

On the way home this morning I spotted this inscription on someone’s garage door. While I wholeheartedly approve of the idea, it does presuppose that summer actually came here to begin with. 
Ok, we have had a few perfectly pleasant days but the operative word is “few”; actual summer has not really happened this year. Global warming?
For the record, it has been persisting down since mid morning with a cool fresh breeze.
