Last week of Seek Gather Create August 2024 and the prompts for this week had me thinking for a bit before I came up with my ideas.
The first prompt was A window, and I embroidered an eye (window to the soul…) on a piece of fabric.
Second prompt was the colour Green, which made me happy!
Third prompt was: something blurry, and I used mod podge to create texture and blurriness. I had to use two layers of the three times coated piece of plastic, before I got the blurr I needed.
Forth prompt was A repeating shape, and I used the plastic bubble wrap, once again, to create repeating shapes, with the colour green.
Then I sewed on the zipper and the pieces to create a small pouch.
I’ve gotten some things done on my ’to do’ list, which feels good.
