Takeover of the Brambles

We had rain last night and today was much cooler (and windy again).

After weeks of almost no walks I decided to give it a try and walked over the fields in the late afternoon. 
There is a not very inviting, but the only one left and right, bench on a hill but sitting on it became a difficult task. 
Brambles left and right. Around the bench and growing on and in the bench. Next time I go there I need to take something to cut them back. Surprising that no-one else does that; the bench is at the entrance of our Grünabfallsammelstelle - the organic waste collection point. Busy up there, if it's not the weekend. You have a nice view from up there (that's why I go).

Still happy I didn't fall in the brambles back then. Today I would have.
