Plum factory !

we have a very small plum tree but its produced masses of plums just as we're about to go away. I picked 4kg a couple of days back and made jam.
Another 4 kg today which are being frozen, stewed then frozen, made into a crumble and given away. Still another couple of kgs on the tree to sort out tomorrow.  Luckily our neighbour loves plums!
