You'll Never Walk Alone.

The first match of the new football season at Anfield under Arne Slot was this afternoon, 4:30pm, against Brentford. A 2-0 victory following cracking goals by Díaz and Salah. A great start so far. :-)

I spent my morning with Holly, Ezra and Sylas which really was a lovely change. Ezra and I spent a good hour or so building fire engines and fire stations with Duplo! Holly is keeping on smiling despite life not being easy...she's good at that. :-)

This afternoon I enjoyed a walk taking in the Shibden Valley and the outskirts of Queensbury. The rain threatened but it didn't come to much despite a strong wind making the day feel exceptionally autumnal and distinctly nippy!
