How many?!

Before they took off, I managed to count 50 Sparrows. And earlier today there were 40 Starling, at least!

A sunny start to the day but it quickly clouded over and it’s been so windy, perfect for drying the washing. The patient is doing a bit better today but has still spent the day in bed. This afternoon I watched The Sound of Music for the umpteenth time, and now I’m watching a Christmas film, very much in need of some festive cheer.
