Sunset collage

Here we go again, feeling overwhelmed with everything. I'm trying hard to be less bound by routine because that is one of the things that makes me feel trapped into not making time to rest. As such I have spent a few late afternoons out enjoying golden hour. Dinner has been much later as a result but I'm finding I don't really care. The enjoyment I have had from the peace of nature has been so worth it. 

Trying hard now to remember all the many coping strategies I have accumulated in recent years and to put them into practice.
