Elevate the foot

After yesterday's fine walk and then the accident right at the end, Jan is taking it easy today.  Since she's not really a "taking it easy" person this is not easy for her. Fortunately the foot is less painful than expected and Jan is actively working to speed recovery.  Ice for 20 minutes every two hours, rest, elevation, and bandages on and off as the foot feels changing needs.
Jan will also put on a brave face for Blip!
