Rather Damp Today

This morning I had my appointment with the Sports Doctor to see if the injection had worked. It has helped a lot. Still have some pain with my Frozen Shoulders which is now bearable. Also to hear the results of the x-ray of the shoulder. I was told it was in good condition for my age. I just got home when my Physio phoned to see how I was doing. He was the one who sent me to the Sports Doctor. That was good of him to check up on me. 

Today we have had drizzle off and on all day long. No heavy rain and it was cold with around 8c. It is snowing again on the mountains.
