Sand boarding!

Today we had a jam packed day! We left early after breakfast to go on a boat trip to the ballestas islands to see the birds. We saw the nazca chandelier, blue footed boobies, Peruvian boobies, a blackish oystercatcher, tropical cormorants, sea lions and more. I got pooed on twice!

After the boat trip we went to a pisco winery, trying lots of Peruvian wines. We had a tour as well to see how it was made, and then went to the huacachina Laguna for dune buggying and sand boarding! This is me sand boarding down a dune. It was really good fun, especially driving around the dunes! After lunch we set off to nazca to try and see the nazca lines before sunset and managed to see the tree and the hands! We're now at the hotel, in the middle of nowhere, eating dinner.
