Beach

Got up early to head to Porty for some beach fun with the dogs, as it was high tide we had the far end of the beach to ourselves. Dogs had a great time swimming and running up the beach, as its high tide they can get in and swimming much quicker. Lunch and then headed over to CB’s house to see them for the afternoon. They have 3 kids, 9, 6 and 3 and Darwin isn’t used to little units. He did really well helped by the fact they have a massive garden, which is mostly wild and they were happy to throw his ball for him. We had only just got in there when Darwin was looking for his ball and a wild hare suddenly jumped out of the long grass 3m in front of us, fortunately Darwin as too focused on his ball to see it before we managed to get hold of his harness. Nice afternoon playing Hideous Abominations with the kids and catching up. Darwin bonded with GB as he was lying in Darwin’s bed throwing his ball for him. Came back after dinner to watch the start of qualifying but giving up and went to bed.
