Japanese Garden near Cannock

There’s a new member of the open garden scheme and it’s charming and welcoming. The National Garden Scheme leaflets are widely available in garden centres and they have a useful website.

Just close to Cannock and near to the M6 junction 12, is the garden of a bonsai enthusiast and this year is the first year his careful work has been on show for charity.

He has lots of miniature trees and is happy to give advice. He’s also locally sourced the Japanese torii,  and it adds such atmosphere to this garden. 

I can totally recommend checking out NGS gardens near you. They often have home made cakes and refreshments and lovely enthusiastic gardeners to welcome you.
