Up early to take N to the airport - he's on the way back to CA!  Wish we had seen him longer!

Home and exhausted but even with a stop on the way back for petrol we managed 60 miles to the gallon!  Not much on the roads at that hour of the morning!!

Later we went to see what was going on in Bolton - stopped at Costa on the way and regretted it as it was a food and drink celebration and I was not in the least bit hungry!!  Ended up with some Carr's pasties for lunch! The new chicken curry one just being made for the festival is delicious!! (hope it goes well and they carry on making it! Early to bed tonight me thinks!!
